ConnectTeams (“we”, “us”) is an independent educational publication, registered at 1825 6th Ave N, Great Falls, MT 59401, United States. This policy applies to the website at connectteams.it.com.
2. What we collect
2.1 What you write to us
Using the contact form or our reader email shares with us exactly what you typed: name, email, optional topic line and the message itself. We use it to reply — and, where you point out a correction, to credit and fix a chapter.
2.2 What arrives automatically
The web server keeps technical logs: the address of connection, browser report, requested page and its timestamp. They exist to keep the site healthy and are overwritten on a rolling ninety-day cycle.
2.3 What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with anyone.
- We place no third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We demand no registration to read — every chapter is open.
3. Cookies
No marketing or cross-site tracking cookies are set. A minimal session cookie may exist where the site needs one to function (for example, remembering form state); it drops once you close the browser.
4. How long we keep things
- Reader messages: up to twenty-four months, so a correction thread survives contact with real time.
- Technical server logs: no more than ninety days.
- Deletions you choose: completed within thirty days of a verified request.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to show, correct, export or erase personal data we hold about you, or to object to some processing. Write to hello@connectteams.it.com and we will respond within thirty days.
6. Children
This publication is about workplace skills and is not directed at children under sixteen; we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
7. Keeping it protected
Connection traffic is encrypted in both directions. Access to reader mail is confined to the two publishers. No system is perfect; if a breach ever touches your data, the notice goes up on this page — not in a footnote.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy move the date above, and the prior version remains available on written request.
